Last year we celebrated April with the Month of Bartlett. This year, we’ll be doing the Month of Bulkin…more specifically, Nadia Bulkin, Indonesian writer of “socio-political horror” fiction.

We’ll be reviewing some of Bulkin’s best stories all month long, and some special guests will (probably!) be stopping by to voice their appreciation for her excellent body of work.

There will be breaks (I’ll be reviewing Kristi DeMeester’s amazing novel Beneath, Sean M. Thompson will drop chapter ten of The Demon, some other reviews, &c.), but overall this is Bulkin month on the Conqueror Weird, and it’s not an April Fool’s Day joke!

If you want to know more about Bulkin’s writing before joining us on this journey, you can visit her thought-provoking website here, and we also reviewed two of her excellent short stories here.

Here goes.
